Merry Marvel Marie (Severin) Mystery! Marvel 60s Stickers? Stamps?

Take a long gander at the items pictured below. These are obviously some 60s Silver Age Marvel Comics items, drawn by Marie Severin, and feature all the Marvel stalwarts, such as Spidey, Nick Fury, Iron Man, Hulk, and the rest (even Stan Lee!), but what the heck are they? Could they have been prototypes for a series of gumball machine min-stamps? Stickers? They seem to be in the mold of the famous mid-60s Marvel Mini Books, also drawn by Mirthful Marie, so...I'd love to know what you think, faithful one! Click images below to enlarge!

Hi Al,

This is very intersting, but its not the work of Marie. The faces look very different from her style, especially Spider-Man. I'm not certain of the artist but its possibly Jerry Grandenetti, who worked for Marvel for a short while in the 1960s (he also reportedly assisteed on some of the art for the Marvel-Super Heroes) cartoon. This does look like it may have been an idea for some outside advertising project or something in the line of a coloring or activity book.

I'd also add that this may have been a discarded MMMS item.

I don't think my last post went through so I'll try again. Looking at this again after a few years I thibk this may be the work of Al Hartley, of Patsy Walker fame. The faces and inking are similar. John Tartaglione may alo have assisted, perhaps as inker.
