1967 SUPERMAN Whitman Coloring Book Original Art Painting! DC Comics!

Click below to enlarge this terrific image from the 1967 Whitman SUPERMAN coloring book cover. Here we see the art (or the final printing proof), spotlighting a great iconic image on an item that was offered well into the 70s! Does anyone know the artist for this beauty?

own colored copy of the above coloring book, along with pal
Jimmy Paul Huninghake!

On most of the WHITMAN DC Superhero Coloring Books of the 60's, the title page usually has the art credited to "JASON STUDIOS"...
Prob a NYC in-house Golden Books/Western Publi. Art Dept. team...Who knows.
The Whitman products, painted Covers, boxes & puzzle art are mostly all beautifully done...
Would love to have the Original Art/Painting of the 60's Superman frame-tray puzzle, of Supes in space, reflecting a ray off his hand, from some hostile alien ship...Think it's by the same artist who did this rocket base cover...

1966 Batman Coloring Books were created and submitted by contract artists who were freelancing for Jason Studios under contract to Whitman Publishing Co.

The lead artist who produced most of the coloring books interior drawings were done by Bernie Zuber during this period.
