Rare 1974 Marvel "Subscription" Poster! Hulk! FF! Spidey!

Here is a pic of the very rarely seen 1974 Marvel poster, as seen in the tiny subscription ad to the right. I've never seen this poster offered by any dealer ever!

Not sure who drew this, but it is NOT a John Romita sr. job! Maybe Rich Buckler? Sal Buscema?

A tip of the hat to this website, which has more about this little gem!

I believe that is the work of John Buscema, pencils and inks.

Definitely John Buscema, though it's possible there may be another hand's touches here or there.

It was a free poster given away in the UK reprint title "Mighty World of Marvel - folded and stapled in the centre pages - the comic was printed on newsprint paper but covers - and this poster - were on glossy stock. Definitely Big John and Joltin' Joe from the early 70's - note the way the Torch is drawn as he was circa ff 125 - 138 approx. I still have a tattered copy somewhere. John B's art appeared in many UK give-away posters at that time as well as Jim Starlin re-drawing FF and Hulk covers for the UK.
