1975 Captain America Original Comic Art! John Romita Sr.! Marvel Madness!

I've been deluged with thousands of e-mails asking for more 70s Marvel Comics calendar art, so cast your orbs on this one! Here is the original art for the 1975 Marvel Calendar, throwing a shining spotlight on the Sentinel of the States, Captain America! Here is Cap and his then-partner, the Falcon, in a very iconic (and well-used) image! This also just has to represent Romita at his awesome artistic peak! Click images below to enlarge!

BONUS! Click below to glom some of the many toys, action figures, gum cards, shirts, and general merch that featured the above patriotic pose, frantically festooned upon said products!

Above: 1975 7-11 Cap  "Slurpee" cup, part of a vast array
of Marvel characters offered in the line!

Above: The 1966 MARVEL SUPERHEROES cartoons were offered as short and
silent "Super 8" home movies in the mid-70s, in those days before affordable home VCRs!

Above: Yup! Me again, proudly sporting my own new Cap shirt, one
that displays that same durable 1975 image!
