Of all the artists I revered during the 1960s the work of Adams and Steranko has aged the poorest. This poster is a good example why. A tortured pose, far too much visual clutter, and a picture that doesn't really say anything. I cannot imagine this grabbing my attention as I perused the news stand. James
I sorta feel the same way. I bow to the pure high level of craftsmanship, but does the subject mater demand such hysterical detail and angst? Maybe not the best approach...
